Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return a product, it must be returned within 20 days of your purchase.

Please contact sales@solidracks.com with your reasons for wanting to return any SOLID RACKS Product. When we have approved your request, you will be issued with a RETURN/EXCHANGE Authorisation Number. Goods cannot be returned, exchanged or credited without an accompanying authorisation number.

Items cannot be returned once they have been taken out of their original packaging.

We cannot issue refunds on Donations made during checkout to SMILE LIKE DRAKE Foundation Limited.

Returns will need to be sent to the below address at your cost.

Policy

1.) The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer shall afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Buyer believes the Goods are defective in any way.

2.) If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.

For defective Goods, which the Seller has agreed in writing that the Buyer is entitled to reject, the Seller’s liability is limited to either (at the Seller’s discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods provided that:
(a) the Buyer has complied with the provisions of clause 1;
(b) the Goods are returned at the Buyer’s cost within seven (7) days of the delivery date;
(c) the Seller will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner;
(d) the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered, with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.

3.) The Seller may (in its discretion) accept the Goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs.
The refund policy does not apply to orders (including Gift vouchers) simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.
SOLID Racks reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. SOLID Racks will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. If you have any enquiries regarding this document please contact us on info@solidracks.com.
