  • If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
  • Any enquiries will be responded to within 1-2 working days.
    • If your enquiry is unanswered within this timeframe it may not have been submitted properly or may have not gone through to our staff, we kindly ask you to submit the enquiry again if this situation arises and apologise for any inconvenience.

SOLID RACKS Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are above; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refundⁱ.
