Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

  1. Products must be purchased at full recommended retail price to qualify for free shipping.
  2. Free shipping is offered to residents of the East Coast of Australia only. This area is defined as the coastal towns between Cook town, QLD, and Lorne; VIC. Coastal towns are understood to be within 50 kilometres of the Pacific Ocean.
  3. The weight of any one order must not exceed 25 kilograms and the length must not exceed 1100mm for this offer to apply.
  4. SOLID Racks reserves the right to exclude any items or orders from this offer at their discretion and without prior notice.

SOLID RACKS.com reserves the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.
Some orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.

Delivery Time-Frame – Australia: Please understand that our products are hand-made by our team of craftsmen here on our premises in Sydney Australia and that if an order has to be manufactured, delivery times will vary in accordance to material availability and our manufacturing schedules. 


Shipping and Delivery Policy – International Shipping:
 When you have contacted us for a shipping quote we will be able to provide you with an estimated shipping time.
We deliver products Australia wide & internationally2 using TNT Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout3.

We aim to delivery your order as promptly as possible. However, we do not have control over your order once it has been passed to the courier company. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, SOLID RACKS will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it.

Shipping – Special Instructions

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as “Deliver between 1-2pm” or “Leave parcel in garden shed”. SOLID RACKS cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By ordering SOLID RACKS or registering on our website, you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SOLID RACKS.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SOLID RACKS.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. SOLID RACKS.com does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by SOLID RACKS.com.

Liability

SOLID RACKS.com is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by SOLID RACKS.com are estimates only. SOLID RACKS.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. SOLID RACKS cannot accommodate all address change requests.

SOLID RACKS takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SOLID RACKS do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and SOLID RACKS will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and SOLID RACKS will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Warranties and Repairs

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate

Refunds & Returns

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached.

Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.

Returns must be made within the timeframe listed on the returns page unless faulty.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. SOLID RACKS will not pay to return these items to you.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, SOLID RACKS.com can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, SOLID RACKS.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Credit Card Payments

All orders are subject to pre-authorisations checks to ensure sufficient funds are available and to confirm the validity of the payment method. The total amount for the order will be frozen on your account and this amount is taken when the order is despatched. Some credit cards may be subject to a $1 authorisation check which will be released back to you.

Authorisations will appear as pending charges on your card, but you will only be charged once for a single order when it is despatched. Orders cancelled before shipment will still have this authorisation held.

Promotions

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively “Promotions”) are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST or duties or similar services.

Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.

For promotions requiring a minimum order size, charges for shipping and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum order size requirement.

For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.

If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.

If you return a gift that was purchased with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired Promotion to a replacement or future order.

Promotional items are available only while supplies last; SOLID RACKS does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.

SOLID RACKS can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.

SOLID RACKS has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or incorrect entry and will not be accountable for the return of any item ordered incorrectly.

RETURNS

If we do not deliver or if the Products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us as soon as possible at [[email protected]].We will do our best efforts, and our only obligations will be, at our option to:

  • make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or
  • replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
  • refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.

 

In the event we accept the return of any purchased Product, you must return the Product in its original package (including all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came in the same package).

Please treat the Product with care and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you; if possible, use the original delivery package or pack the Product securely. We recommend that returned Products are sent via an insured, traceable delivery service.


Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received the Product to be returned.

If you return a Product

i) that you are not entitled to return,

ii) that is not in its original condition,

iii) that is without proper or missing packaging,

iv) with items missing from the return delivery,

v) without following our return instructions, or

vi) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning the Product,

 

We reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you, reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred, subject to applicable law.


If your return has been accepted, we will refund you the price you have actually paid for the items less any applicable shipping costs (as per the above) by crediting your payment card thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery.

 

Right to cancel:
If you have bought Products for your own private use as a consumer and want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the Product(s) you have purchased return the Product(s) within (30) (generally between 7 and 30 days) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery and correctly follow the instructions of the return procedure as described below.

Return of Product by exercising your right to cancel:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the Product(s) to us and receive a full refund provided:
Shipping costs back to Solid Racks will not be refunded.

  • You notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the [same period as stated above] working day after the day on which you received your Product(s);
  •  You have taken reasonable care of the Product(s) prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged;
  • You may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email, fax or letter), but it will speed up the process for you and us if you contact us by email at [email protected];
  • you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us.
    Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We will refund the purchase price [and original delivery charge of any Product(s) returned] no later than thirty (30) days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.

 

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned Product(s), or fail to return the Product(s) to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

WARRANTY AGREEMENT

The benefits given by the warrant set out in this document are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

SOLID RACKS warrants its products to be free from defects of material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from date of shipment to the original purchaser. If during this 6 months a defect caused by faulty material and workmanship appears, SOLID RACKS will repair or replace the defective part or product at its discretion within a reasonable time. SOLID RACKS will pay for a return shipping to the customer unless the product is found to be working properly and consequently is not the subject of a valid warranty claim. In no case will SOLID RACKS be liable for any cost incurred in removing or installing the part or product, even if the product has failed under a covered warranty.

If SOLID RACKS finds the product is working properly, the buyer may be billed for testing, repackaging and shipping.

To claim under your warranty you must notify SOLID RACKS within 3 days of delivery of any alleged defect, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. You must give us your full name, address, details of the defect and original proof of purchase receipt. You can notify SOLID RACKS of the defect and make a claim by contacting Solid Racks c/- Wood Appeal Pty Ltd by telephone on 02 9905 9228, by sending an email to [email protected], or by pre-paid letter addressed to Units 1 & 2, 2-4 William St, Brookvale, 2100, NSW, Australia. You will be given a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) prior to shipping and the RMA must be supplied when returning the product or part.

This warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, use outside of product design intent, or attempted repair/modification by anyone other than SOLID RACKS. This Warranty does not apply to any additional product modification directed by or requested by the purchaser. 

Except as expressly stated, and to the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not include any right to be reimbursed or compensated for physical or financial injury, loss, damage, expense, time or inconvenience (whether direct or indirect) or special consequential losses arising out of the occurrence of a defect in the parts or products or caused by use or installation of the products or damages caused by acts of nature.

Where the sale of the products is one to which the consumer guarantees implied under the Australian Consumer Law do not apply, and to the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities related to the sale or use of the products.

The buyer understands that a properly installed rack uses the fittings supplied by the SOLID RACKS and that to the extent permitted by law SOLID RACKS assumes no liability for damage or personal injury caused by negligence during installation or adjustment.

No one is authorised to add or to vary SOLID RACKS’ warranty or to create for SOLID RACKS any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of its products.

All returns must be factory authorised by SOLID RACKS, and SOLID RACKS must issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping. Returns will be shipped at buyer’s expense. If SOLID RACKS find the product is working properly, the buyer may be billed for testing, repacking and shipping. If warranty has expired, SOLID RACKS will provide a quote to repair, prior to making any such repairs.

SOLID RACKS reserve the right to make product specification changes to any product at any time, as deemed necessary.

These Terms and Conditions of sale (the “Sales Terms”) are the terms which apply when you access the website www.solidracks.com (the “Online Shop”) and place orders to purchase any of the Products made available to you on the Online Shop (“Products”).

The Online Shop is owned by and operated by Solid Racks Pty Limited at Address: Units 1 & 2, 2-4 William Street Brookvale (hereinafter referred to as “[Solid Racks]”, “we”, “us” or “our” as the context may require).

By accessing the Online Shop or when you place orders to purchase any of the Products on the Online Shop you agree to be bound by and accept these Sales Terms. We recommend that you keep a copy of these Sales Terms for future reference.

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Online Shop and lawfully enter into and form contracts, you must:

  •  if an individual, be 18 years of age or over;
  • register your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details requested;
  • be legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • Be a resident in one of the Serviced Countries.

By offering to purchase goods and services you represent to us that you are 18 years of age or over and authorise us to transmit information (including updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Sales Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we undertake to apply the Sales Terms of the date of ordering process for each order placed on the Online Shop. Whilst we will flag changes on the Online Shop and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Sales Terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the Sales Terms then you can simply stop using the Online Shop at any time. 2. Service availability

Shipping is available outside Australia through TNT Express – you will need to contact [[email protected]] for a shipping quote. Purchases made on the Online Shop are for your personal or gift use and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit unless specified as a reseller “Wholesalers”. We reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple quantities of an item ordered by you or ordered to any one postal address. Some restrictions are placed on the extent to which we accept orders from specific countries.
We do not guarantee the availability of any Product in the Online Shop. We reserve the right, without liability or earlier notice, to change, discontinue or stop making any Product.

3. Order Processing and Contract Formation

To make it easier for you to order Products using the Online Shop, we offer you the opportunity to register for a personal account. If you take advantage of this opportunity any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and need not be entered with each new order; it will be entered into the order form automatically.

To register, you must supply us via the online registration form with the following information: your full name, email address and password. Once you click on the “Register” button this information will be stored in our customer database. Once the account has been made if you wish to save your billing address and, where applicable, different delivery address this information will also be saved in the customer database and used automatically when making a purchase. You can access, update or correct your personal account details via the “My Account” button. We will only use the stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed on the Online Shop.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Online Shop and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or user name is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately by email to [[email protected]] or by phone on [02 9905 9228], if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or username.
Your order via our online purchase order form is considered as a binding offer to buy the Products you select from the Online Shop. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance by us. The contract for purchase of the Product is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email as described below.

You may select items from our range of Products excluding some INFINITY products, details of which will be added to the “Shopping Bag” by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking on the “Checkout” button in the Shopping Bag, you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Bag. As soon as this offer is accepted by us via an Acceptance Email (as described below) your order forms a binding contract of sale between you and us. Before placing an order you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart”.

You will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order (the “Confirmation Email”) with a summary of the details of your order, which we would recommend that you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received your order. Please check that all details in the Confirmation Email are correct. If not, or if you do not receive a Confirmation Email please contact us immediately on [[email protected]].

We will send a second email when we dispatch your goods which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the “Acceptance Email”) at which point a binding contract of sale will be concluded between you and us. Any gym products cannot be ordered through the online store, we must be contacted via email [[email protected]] stating which products you would like to order. In this email we also require measurements of the space in which you will be putting the products and you will then receive a quote and digital drawing of the space. Once we receive confirmation that you are satisfied with the quote we will send you an invoice through to your email via Xero which will require you to make full payment before receiving any products. After payment has been received we require the following details: Full name, address, contact number and email address for shipping if applicable.

4. Your use of the Online Shop

By accepting the Sales Terms you confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.

You agree that in using the Online Shop you will not:

(i) use the Online Shop in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the Website or access to the Website to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way;

(ii) use the Online Shop for any purpose that could damage the name of [Solid Racks Pty Ltd] or any goodwill attached to the Online Shop;

(iii) use the Online Shop for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party;

(iv) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or attempt to penetrate the Online Shop security measures; nor

(v) use the Online Shop for any purpose other than your personal use.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Online Shop at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.

5. Conditions applicable to promotion codes (Discounts)Only one promotion can be used per order. Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion.

You cannot sell, barter or give away a promotion code. You cannot upload or make available a promotion code on any website or through any other public offer, give away, sale or barter. You cannot use promotion codes for commercial purposes.
Promotion codes are not exchangeable for money.
We do not have any obligation to re-issue or refund promotion codes. However, should we decide to re-issue or refund a promotion code, we need your promotion code to do so. So please retain a copy of your promotion code, otherwise it will not be reissued or replaced in the event of loss. We are entitled to immediately invalidate a promotion code in the event we have reason to suspect that a promotion code is used in violation of these Sales Terms or otherwise misused or in the event we have other reasons to do so.

6. Prices, delivery charges and Payment

The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Online Shop. The prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Prices advertised on the Online Shop include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other tax duty, levy, tariff or charge applicable to the supply of the Product(s) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.

The Online Shop contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Online Shop may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Online Shop, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing.

Payment for your products must be made via credit or debit card, via PayPal or other means as specified on the payment page.
The full payment price, including delivery charges and any additional charges for services you may have ordered, will be debited from your card or PayPal account upon or shortly before dispatch of the products to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.;

(i) Despite the risk in the Goods passing to the Customer, as provided in Clause 6, title and property in the Goods passes to the Customer when full payment for the Goods (including any additional amounts payable by the Customer to the Company as provided in these Conditions) or by any other contract between the Company and the Customer is received by the company. ;

(ii) Until title to the Goods passes, the Customer is a bailee of the goods and unless otherwise agreed by the Company the Customer must separately store the Goods so that they are clearly identified as the property of the Company. ;

(iii) If payment is not made for the Goods in accordance with these conditions and for any other amount owing by the Customer to the Company, the Company can by its employees or its agents enter the premises where the goods (or any other goods supplied by the Company to the Customer) are situated and re-take possession and dispose of the Goods and the Customer must not claim against the Company in respect of such entry or disposal. ;

(iv) The Customer grants the Company, its employees and agent’s irrevocable license to enter premises occupied by the Customer for the purpose of exercising the Company’s rights specified in Clause 6

(v). The Company may use reasonable force to take possession of the Goods (or any other goods supplied to the Customer by the Company) without liability of trespass, negligence or payment of compensation to the Customer or any agent of the Customer.

7. Delivery and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. We shall endeavour to dispatch the Product(s) to you within three (3) working days after you place your order and in any event within thirty (30) days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the Product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

We shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of war or terror, strikes, national or local states of emergency, failure of transportation facilities, power or utility outages, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

As soon as the Product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it. Besides, we retain full legal title to Products until we have received all amounts due on the ordered Products.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the Product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Service on [[email protected]] as soon as possible.

8. Return and refund, Other options

If we do not deliver or if the Products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us as soon as possible at [[email protected]].We will do our best efforts, and our only obligations will be, at our option to:

  • make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or
  • replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
  • refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.


In the event we accept the return of any purchased Product, you must return the Product in its original package (including all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came in the same package). Please treat the Product with care and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you; if possible, use the original delivery package or pack the Product securely.

We recommend that returned Products are sent via an insured, traceable delivery service.
Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received the Product to be returned.

If you return a Product

i) that you are not entitled to return,

ii) that is not in its original condition,

iii) that is without proper or missing packaging,

iv) with items missing from the return delivery,

v) without following our return instructions, or

vi) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning the Product,

We reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to you, reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred, subject to applicable law.
If your return has been accepted, we will refund you the price you have actually paid for the items less any applicable shipping costs (as per the above) by crediting your payment card thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery.

Right to cancel:
If you have bought Products for your own private use as a consumer and want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the Product(s) you have purchased return the Product(s) within (30) (generally between 7 and 30 days) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery and correctly follow the instructions of the return procedure as described below.

Return of Product by exercising your right to cancel:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the Product(s) to us and receive a full refund provided:
Shipping costs back to Solid Racks will not be refunded.

  •  you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the [same period as stated above] working day after the day on which you received your Product(s);
  • you have taken reasonable care of the Product(s) prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged;
  • you may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email, fax or letter), but it will speed up the process for you and us if you contact us by email at [Email];
  • you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us.
    Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We will refund the purchase price [and original delivery charge of any Product(s) returned] no later than thirty (30) days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned Product(s), or fail to return the Product(s) to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

9.Our legal obligations and our limitation on liability

You have certain rights under the law. These include that any Product supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality which means guaranteed against all manufacturing or material defects for the warranty period as defined. Nothing in these Sales Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights.

If we breach these Sales Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement.
With current technology it is not possible to develop and operate computer programs (software) and data processing systems (hardware) entirely without error, or to rule out any unpredictable events in connection with the Internet. We provide no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Online Shop.


These Sales Terms set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the Products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us than the ones mentioned in these Sales Terms. If you order Products from the Online Shop for delivery outside Australia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.


No waiver by us of any of these Sales Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

If any of these Sales Terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Ans: Yes, we do offer Gift Vouchers.

You can purchase our SOLID RACKS gift vouchers online. Simply select a gift voucher with the amount you want and add it to your cart. Ans: If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact SOLID RACKS immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and for the incorrect item to be returned. Please keep original packaging for shipping.

Ans: Once your order has been received and processed it will be booked with your selected carrier. When the order is booked you will receive a shipment email which includes a tracking number. You can track your item from start to finish, if you do not receive your item please contact us and the carrier.

In some cases your order may have been shipped in multiple boxes as the product may not have been able to be packaged to fit into one box and may have been delivered short. Always check when receiving a delivery that you have signed off for the right number of boxes.

Ans: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. This is because we use couriers. Please provide a work or home address with someone available to accept the package. If no one will be home please include instructions for the driver during checkout.

Ans: We certainly can deliver to your work address. SOLID RACKS recommends that you provide a work address where ever possible. Please ensure to also include the Company Name and telephone number in the shipping order details so the delivery driver can find you easily.
