SOLID P-BARS (parallettes) can be used for push-ups and other callisthenic exercises. You don’t have to be a gymnast to take advantage of the strength training benefits that you can accomplish with parallel bars.
We worked closely with our trainers to develop a strong product which is also aesthetic and ergonomic.
We carefully selected the diameter & material for the bars so they feel comfortable to hold, whilst still being a durable piece of equipment for any home or fitness centre.
The key benefit to using P-Bars for body-weight strength training, is that you are elevated off the ground, which allows for a deeper range of motion during many common movements.
