The SOLID H Box® was designed in in conjunction with one of the SIG trainers. A simple piece of equipment with an infinite number of uses such as;

 - Harop curls hamstring developmental exercise

 - Hyperextension hamstring and glute exercise

 - Split squat with foot on the box - stability and single leg strength exercise

 - Put the box higher on the wall and use it to stretch

 - Arch back to the box with your head for a back dome exercise.

 - Lower on the wall can be used as a “step-up”
