GOOD FOOD MONTH – Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Tiffany's Fruit & Veg

Tiffany Drake that is… Tiffany is an artist, nanny, brilliant cook and the daughter of SOLID Racks founders Trevor and Nikki Drake. She starts her day with a “Super Smoothie” and as you can see from her dining table, fresh fruit and vegetables are a staple in her everyday life.

One of the easiest and tastiest ways to stay healthy is to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Aim to eat a variety of at least 5 serves of vegetables and 2 serves of fruit every day. Fruit and vegetables contain lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
