Ans: Your credit card will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. A member from the SOLID Racks team will contact you once your order has been recieved to give you freight charges. If you do not accept our proposed freight costs a full refund will be given. Using Visa & MasterCard there are no extra fees however when using an American Express Card an additional 3% will be manually charged once SOLID Racks receieves your order.

Ans: For Australia & International shipping we use TNT ensuring safe door to door service for you. TNT requires all deliveries to be signed for which is why we recommend you provide a business address where ever possible.
Ans: International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping service (Economy/ Economy Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, the cubic volume and the destination country/region. Once we have received your order a member of the SOLID™ Racks team will contact you regarding international shipping costs. Due to the complexity of available freight options we are unable to assign shipping costs to some orders at the time of purchase.
Ans: Orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SOLID™ Racks do not have control over these charges and are not able to provide any information on what these charges may be. These charges are based on your own country’s regulations & compliances and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Ans: If your order was sent with TNT, you should firstly contact them on 131150 and quote the consignment number that was sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. If your order was shipped by another carrier, please contact them & quote your freight consignment number. If the carrier is unable to locate your order then contact us on +61 2 9905 9228 or info@solidracks.com and we will enquire about the delivery from our end.
Ans: Please contact SOLID Racks on +61 2 9905 9228 or info@solidracks.com if an item is missing from your order. In some cases your order may have been shipped in multiple boxes as the product may not have been able to be packaged to fit into one box.
Ans: Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses period.
Ans: We certainly can deliver to your work address. SOLID Racks recommends that you provide a work address where ever possible. Please ensure to also include the Company Name and telephone number in the shipping order details so the delivery driver can find you easily.
